We adopt Hot Rolling (Hot Extrusion) + Cold Drawing (Precision Rolling) process to ensure seamless without welding seam. Process flow: Round Billet → Heating → Piercing → Hot Rolling → Cold Drawing → Heat Treatment → Finishing → Inspection.

Q: Do you support third-party inspection?

Yes, we support third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek etc., and whole-process supervision of production is available.

Q: What quality certificates can you provide?

We can provide MTC (Mill Test Certificate EN 10204 3.1/3.2), Chemical Composition Report, Mechanical Property Report, Non-destructive Testing (UT/ET/RT), Hydro-static Test, ISO 9001, PED, CE .
