We adopt Hot Rolling (Hot Extrusion) + Cold Drawing (Precision Rolling) process to ensure seamless without welding seam. Process flow: Round Billet → Heating → Piercing → Hot Rolling → Cold Drawing → Heat Treatment → Finishing → Inspection.

Q: What’s the difference between seamless pipe and welded pipe?

Seamless pipe has no welding seam, featuring higher pressure bearing capacity, stronger corrosion resistance and higher dimensional accuracy , which is suitable for high-pressure/high-temperature/corrosive working conditions (such as petroleum, chemical industry, boiler). Welded pipe has a welding seam with lower cost, suitable for low-pressure fluid transmission.

Q: What quality certificates can you provide?

We can provide MTC (Mill Test Certificate EN 10204 3.1/3.2), Chemical Composition Report, Mechanical Property Report, Non-destructive Testing (UT/ET/RT), Hydro-static Test, ISO 9001, PED, CE .

Common inner diameter sizes range from 6mm-60mm.
