Do you support third-party inspection?2026-06-14T12:45:46+00:00

Yes, we support third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek etc., and whole-process supervision of production is available.

What quality certificates can you provide?2026-06-14T12:45:08+00:00

We can provide MTC (Mill Test Certificate EN 10204 3.1/3.2), Chemical Composition Report, Mechanical Property Report, Non-destructive Testing (UT/ET/RT), Hydro-static Test, ISO 9001, PED, CE.

What is your production process?2026-06-14T12:44:29+00:00

We adopt Hot Rolling (Hot Extrusion) + Cold Drawing (Precision Rolling) process to ensure seamless without welding seam. Process flow: Round Billet → Heating → Piercing → Hot Rolling → Cold Drawing → Heat Treatment → Finishing → Inspection.

What are the common execution standards?2026-06-14T12:43:50+00:00

For stainless steel: ASTM A312/A269/A789, EN 10216, GB/T 14976; For alloy steel: ASTM B163( ASME SB163) ,ASTM B165(ASME SB165), ASTM B167(ASME SB167), ASTMB444 (ASME SB444)EN 10216, GB/T 8163.

What’s the difference between seamless pipe and welded pipe?2026-06-14T12:43:05+00:00

Seamless pipe has no welding seam, featuring higher pressure bearing capacity, stronger corrosion resistance and higher dimensional accuracy, which is suitable for high-pressure/high-temperature/corrosive working conditions (such as petroleum, chemical industry, boiler). Welded pipe has a welding seam with lower cost, suitable for low-pressure fluid transmission.
